The surface reinforcement of components of environmentally friendly equipment is carried out, and supersonic spraying is used to spray the surface of the carbide coating. Chromium carbide is a gray powder with a metallic luster and its melting point is 1890℃. Therefore, it has good wear resistance, corrosion resistance and oxidation resistance under high temperature environments (1000~1100C), and is widely used in the thermal spray materials and cemented carbide industries of metal surface processes.
